Walkaboutabit (Stepping Out)
A weekly meeting of the St Ninian’s Walking group (Thursdays 10am) and is an invitation to all who find walking for fun is not as easy as it used to be. The walk is about a mile, nearly always along the shore, and followed by a welcome coffee/tea and biscuits in the hall. This is greatly enjoyed as a time for sharing and caring and is certainly as important as the walk to boost physical and mental health.
