Recycling Ayr
A community project for people living in and around Ayr who are interested in reducing landfill by passing on items which will be useful to others.
Items collected include fabric, duvets and sleeping bags, clothes, bras, old glasses milk bottle tops, stamps, magazines, wool, thread, blankets and books, and the list is updated regularly.
Items are passed on to local and national groups or charities, including cancer charities as well as Syrian and Ukrainian refugees.

Recycling Saturday is held on the first Saturday of every month and is from 11am till noon at Newton Primary School in Ayr.
