Mens Group at Caramara Wellbeing Support
We are pleased to share an important update about our organisation.
From September 21st, Three Sixty will be changing its name to Caramara Wellbeing Support. This change is being made to strengthen and support our operations as we continue to grow and better serve our community. It reflects the direction we are moving in and will help us build an even stronger, more sustainable future. We want to reassure everyone that this change will have absolutely no impact on the services we provide. All groups, activities, and support services will continue exactly as they are now.
- The same groups will continue to run
- The same timetable will remain in place
- We will continue working here at The Place, Newmarket Street
- You will see the same friendly faces and team you know and trust
While our name is changing, our timetable and commitment to our community remain exactly the same. In fact, this marks the beginning of some exciting new developments for Caramara Wellbeing Support. We look forward to building on everything we have achieved as Three Sixty and exploring new opportunities to expand and enhance the support we offer.
Thank you for your continued trust and support—we’re excited to take this next step with you.
Caramara Wellbeing Support promotes mental wellbeing through one to one and group support. The team are committed to the health and wellbeing of local communities and strive to support people to make positive changes to their lives through a range of support and services.

The Men’s Group at The Place is designed with you in mind. A comfortable & judgment-free zone where you can talk openly, share your experiences, & connect with others who understand. Whether you need to unload after a tough week, discuss mental health, or just talk about life, they have got you covered.
Every Friday from 1:30pm - 3:30pm, this group is all about breaking the stigma around men’s mental health & creating a space where you can be yourself. It’s a chance to express freely without fear of judgment & find strength in sharing your experiences.
There’s power in coming together, supporting one another, & knowing that you’re not alone. No matter what you’re going through, this group will be here for you.
What do you think is the most important thing men need for mental health support?
