By delivering educational talks and Scottish Mental Health First Aid training, Believe Ayrshire aims to raise awareness in communities around suicide prevention, educate and empower people to ask the question of suicide.

Peer to peer support for suicide bereavement.

If you have lost someone to suicide, feelings of isolation are common. Please know that you do not need to navigate this loss alone, we are here to support you, in a safe, confidential environment.
